Our Programs

  • Fall Academy

Runs from September 20 to November 15.

The Academy is the flagship program designed to provide an exceptional volleyball experience for various athletes each season (fall, winter, and spring). This program serves as an alternative to club or school ball for middle and high school students and is designed to give athletes (of various skill) the opportunity to continue playing the game, whether they're out of season or no longer playing competitively on a team for any reason.

For pre-k and elementary students, Fall Academy offers a fun and engaging introduction to the game and body movements.

  • Private Lessons

Private lessons offer a unique, one-on-one coaching experience, customized to suit your individual needs and volleyball goals. These sessions provide a focused environment where you can work intensively on specific skills, receive immediate feedback, and accelerate your learning process. Whether you're aiming to master a specific technique, improve your overall gameplay, or prepare for an upcoming tryout or tournament, we will design a training program that aligns with your objectives. Private lessons are your opportunity to progress at your own pace, receiving personalized attention and instruction to foster your development as a volleyball player.

  • Serving Clinics

These clinics are designed to progress players through the essential stages of volleyball serving. Beginning servers will be introduced to the overhand serve technique from the end line, with an emphasis on strength testing to ensure players are physically capable of executing this foundational skill. For those who have mastered the basics, our beginner-to-intermediate module focuses on standing float serving and consistent spot serving. Intermediate-to-advanced players will be guided through jump float serving, offering an opportunity to add dynamic power and unpredictable movement to their serve.

  • Positional Training Clinics

This one-hour session is created to cater to specific roles on the court: backrow players will enhance defensive skills like digging and ball control, setters will refine strategic setting techniques, and pin and middle hitters will focus on their attack and transitioning. These clinics are designed to be stacked if desired, many players see benefit from joining two or more sessions.

*Note for players U12 and under, all hitters are in the same group to learn hitting from all areas in the front row.

  • Blocking Clinics

This clinic is designed to fine-tune and upgrade your blocking skills at all levels. Each session is structured to emphasize three crucial components of an effective block: handwork, eyework, and footwork. For our advanced players, the clinic will delve into swing blocking, and one-handed blocking.
